Note: Lately these castings have been coming in on the thin side where the breather passage to the intake port area is. This makes big valves and porting a challenge to not break through even if minimal material is removed. As a result on all ported castings, we will be plugging that passage, this will make external venting necessary (not optional). We feel that in doing this it will allow us to maintain our quality standards and put out an overall better product that will last longer with fewer issues during ownership.

This head comes as pictured as a bare casting with seats.

We can finish it for you for extra or send as shown. They are my favorite head for use with a 25/28.5 valve 5.5 mm stem combo (the seats need to be opened up a little for that) and a VM22 carb and flat mounting of the engine such as what's common on a mini bike. The chamber size is 16cc and the exhaust bolt pattern is just slightly wider than a standard clone/predator head but you can still use a standard pipe if you oblong the bolt holes. These are limited quantity

Note: the stock seats in this head are .975 +/- .010 (intake) and .845 +/- .010 (exhaust) ID even though they are supposed to be called 24/28 mm you will want to open them up some for the best flow. I like to run these at .885 - .890 exhaust id and 1.025 intake id for the standard 25/28.5 valve combo. Yes, the seats have plenty of material to make this possible.
